Delete functionality has arrived!

You should now be able to delete debtors in debtor records by using the delete link provided at the top of the page.

Also, I have had people wondering where the save button is when inserting a new record or updating an existing record. When inserting a record, at the top of the page there is a "run insert" which serves as your save button. When updating a record, "run update" is used once the info is correct. Hope this eliminates some confusion.

Remember it is recommended that you use Internet Explorer or Firefox in the LATEST version, with ALL updates installed to insure the software functions properly and no security risks are present.

We have disabled the ability for HA Admin's to insert/delete housing authorities in "housing authority records". Only the state admin can preform this function which makes sense I guess. There are a couple of HA's that inserted their HA again by accident. I will see that the duplicates get removed. From now on, the only thing HA Admin's can do in "housing authority records" is update contact info.

Lastly, make sure to check your records for "unpaid' status and amounts as only the "unpaid" records will be submitted to the tax department.
