Year End Data Cleanup

We are into the final quarter of the year now so I would like to remind everyone to clean their list up in preparation for the tax recoup file transmission. This means records should have proper statuses and amounts entered in. The final export will only send the records in “unpaid” status and will need the unpaid balance amount, make adjustments as needed. All other statuses will be exempt from the data export that will be sent in to the state. Thanks for your cooperation.
